Outback Steakhouse - Ribs Review from Houston, Texas
Hello my name is Samy Abraham, I visited one of your locations (#4420) last night. To start off the hostess sat me down, I ordered something to drink went to wash my hands upon returning to the table to find another party sitting there.
I asked to speak to the manager, he then sat me I ordered a 8oz filet cooked MEDIUM WELL, with asparagus and salad, the salad was extremely cold and looked old, my filet was not the cut I ordered but substituted for a different cut of meat. I brought this to his attention he comes back with the filet cooked MEDIUM RARE. I brought this once again to his attention he (Nathan Etuk) he began to argue that I don't know what I'm talking about. He was very rude and unprofessional.
I also placed an order for Ribs to go. My server Darion failed to put my order in. This has to be the worse service I've ever had, I dine there often cause it's close to my house. I asked for the number to corporate and the number he gave me is disconnected .
I informed him that the number was wrong and he then gave me another number that was wrong.
I'm not looking for free food but the seriously needs to be addressed. I would liked to be contacted please 713922****
