On December 20th 2023 me and my husband had dinner at one of your establishments university drive in Coral Springs. I paid my tab with my debit card. My order was $79.49 I tipped your waitress a young man. Now on December 21, 2023 I see that yall charged me $90.49 I didnt authorize this so I need a refund please. I would like to complain on the service I received on my order I had placed with Outback today. They messed up 3 items from my order. So I called them and spoke to the manager on duty and they offered a $5 credit on my bill. Are you serious? I told them that's all they can do for the inconvenience they caused. I told him to keep it and I will never come to this location again.

Just think, if you took the food back you were unhappy with you would have got it remade or refunded.

Ordered over $50 gift for my son's birthday. Money is taken out of my account no gift card. Called to be told they are unable to verify on their side, not that there is anything wrong with my card. However, the money is out of my account. Explained needed gift card for that day. Options are to wait up to 48Hours. Canceled still will need to wait up to 5 days to get my money back being that it is Saturday. wow. Thank You for ruining Birthday gift.

Last Wednesday we went to the Outback in North Miami (#1075) for the Walk About Wednesday special. We ordered the 6 sirloins with big beers. (See attached recipe). When the bill came we questioned the amount . Usually when we order big beers they adjust the price of the special. The server called the manager to give us an explanation. He could not explain the price for the special. Furthermore, we stated that if he could not adjust the bill to please give us the beers that were included in the special. Went to Outback in Anderson SC Service was good Ask if they had new cooks blooming onion I ordered was so crispy. It hurt your teeth to even try to eat., then went back potato and state came back. Meditated was hard as a rock send it back and the state was supposed to be in a ribeye bone then and it was paper, thin and turf as leather. Rick Cain

Disappointed meal

Had lunch at outback in merriville Indiana today December 14th. Ordered steak and lobster with a loaded potato and a salad.

Salad was excellent potato was cold steak was good lobster tail was maybe 2 oz. It was literally half he size of the lobster tail usually served. I would rather pay a little more for a tail that is more than 2 bites then get a poor excuse for the lobster tail. Also entered the restaurant at noon and was told there would be a ten minute wait I was fine with that but had to ask the hostess to at least seat us as I use a walker.

Maybe a little courtesy education is needed for your hostesses. Bill was $45.99.Had steak and lobster and French onion soup

Bar service is really slow. It takes a while to get a drink. You feel like they forgot about you. I asked for a to go container and never got it. I ordered the fried mushrooms and they were terrible. Small and really greasy.

South lakeland. Your in a good mood till you go and pick up a 93.00 dollar order. The girl imagine training another employee gets all confused. Says Jesus Christ smaking down the papers mouthing off yelling at me rude and sarcastic . Guess what still has a job. Never seen or heard anything like this. I thought Out Back would have kind and well respected employees. Never will i go there again This was a take out. Plus on the phone 10 minutes to place the order they couldn't find her. Last but least the coconut shrimp was burned

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. It was very easy to Settle the problem.

I just don't go back there anymore! This was not a one-off problem that I experienced. It has happened the last 3 times I have visited Outback and I don't plan to go back again. There are many other choices out there..

In my opinion, Outback has a systemic problem with the quality of their meat and my experience is not just with one location. Never agan!

I thought it might be a one-off thing, but I just had my 3rd BAD experience at Outback. I ordered the 8oz sirloin. It came and was full of gristle and inedible. I sent it back and the replacement came back just as bad. If sirloin is this bad they should remove it from the menu. I just asked that it be taken off our bill. They did and I guess I am satisfied. Prices keep going up and the quality is still low! Maybe the $39+ ribeye would be better.

Ordered dinner for veterans day. My husband is a veteran who can not leave tge house. Half our order was delivered When I called they were ready to fix the issue.then called back and refused to deliver. Instead of enjoying his night he was upset. Left message with corporate today and no call back. After years and years of being our go to place, we are done with Outback.

Hi, my name is Angela and Richard Ramirez. We are long-term customers we went to the outback steakhouse in Lakewood California.

There were no men restrooms there were three Porta pottys on the outside. My husband got up to use the restroom. He went in the Porta potty and to his discussed they were overfilling with bow. It was so disgusting.

We were having a beautiful evening with our daughter and we just got up and left.

We thought about how in the world are the men servers washing their hands and serving our food at the same? My husband said this was the most disgusting experience he had ever had

We eat here a lot but the last 2 times has been terrible. Food was burnt and not rightly cooked. Everybodys food was burnt not just one persons, outback in Danville Va is going down hill and fast!

I just ordered a center cut sirloin dinner from Outback as a treat for myself. The steak was inedible. It was all fat, barely any meat. It was basically gristle. Awful!!!
