Im an employee i burnt my face and the manager on duty did not do an incident report and when i asked to leave and,go get meds for my 2 min b4 it was time,for me,to clock out he said he was gonna fire me when all he did was give a small packet of burn cream that did not help what so ever the heat was making my face burn more,as time went on

Wait time forever

Went to Outback Steakhouse in Burlington Vt. Just aweful. Did the call ahead seating. Was told 25 mins. Ok thats dueable. so when we got to the restaurant there were so many people there it was crazy. the wait time actually ended up being over an hour and 45 minutes not impressed. We finally got seated at a table proceeded to order our food. the waitress had only been there that was her third day. Her name was Sabrina. She was wonderful. She did everthing she could. We were there for 6:30 til 9:00pm.

I ordered prime rib. After waiting al that time it to get our meal it was a solid piece of fat.

Told the manger. Nothing happened. So our waitress went the kitchen and I do believe she was the kitchen manager she brought back to the table. She said she wouldnt eatten it either. Let me get u a new one..I told her if it's going to take another hour please don't I would like to leave. she said it would only take a few minutes because that's already prepared. I told her to at least leave me my baked potato that was the only thing that was edible on my plate she did and came back with a whole new meal she gave me a bigger cut of prime rib.

needless to say I am not in a hurry to go back to the establishment in Burlington Vermont for anytime soon.

thanks for letting me vent hopefully nobody else will have the same dilemma that I had to try to get a decent meal at high price..

P.S. forgot to mention that my girlfriends steak came out burnt

Had the worst service and meal ever! I called anx talked to 1 manager she was cool and said she woukd send a curbside...whatever that means! I never got it .so i followed up and the sexo d manaher ...a male siad and i quote "Mr Rowsey....go to hell!!!! Is this how you treat your customers???

I ordered 4 starters 1 blooming onion, 1 mushroom, 1 steak quessadilla, and 1 chicken quesdadilla. There was hardly any meat and they were less than 1 quarter of an inch thick, no dour cream, and I paid $35.60 the blooming onion was less than what I expected as well. I told my wife I would never go back.

I went to a new Outback in king of Prussia Pa when we got there the area around the check in had 10 people sitting around waiting to be seated after taking a quick glimpse around the place I noticed 10 empty booths and 7 tables with dirty glasses and dishes on them after a 40 minute wait the waitress brought us back to a booth against the back wall which was fine with us but them instantly moved us to a table I called waitress over and asked if I could be seated at a booth and she replied No because they were under staffed and they had to close down a section of the dining area Ok whatever we place our order and while we're waiting the manager comes over and tells us that the cook burned our appetizer and had to remake it now I'm getting pissed my daughter ordered the steak and lobster medium when the food came the steak was so well done you could barely cut it again we called the manager over and he took the steak back to the kitchen funny though people sitting across from us sent back 2 steaks that weren't cooked right either my point is this DON'T OPEN A NEW RESTURANT WITHOUT ENOUGH HELP OR A COOK THAT CAN'T COOK A MEDIUM STEAK I'll never go to that Outback again

Poor service & food

Outback used to be one of my favorite restaurants to visit when just going to North Little Rock as if I wanted a higher experience of service & food it is typically a local proprietor. I have been a customer of Outback Steakhouse over 20 years, but within the last 5 years, it has become a dive with poor customer service & food undercooked or overcooked. North Little Rock Outback is the worst & Branson, MO the second as I work in these areas and I know what the restaurants use to be like and what they have become. Always remember if you think you are the only one having terrible experience it has happened to someone else you aren't that special other are having the same experience. If Outback doesn't know the rule of thumb for every one customer you know you lost add 10 more customers to that because that is the average people you have lost per statistics. Good Luck with 11 fewer customers being the average person taking the other 10 out of your customer list as well as me.

Cold food, steak very tough, service not good

Went to the Outback a few days after my birthday because had $50 gift card from a friend that loves this place. We ordered 3 steaks. When were served the steaks and the veggies, they were cold and the steaks were under cooked as well. We decided to send only one of the steaks back because it was like a rubber ball. I couldn't even put a fork thru the steak, since the whole steak was nothing but fat. Showed the waitress the problem. She took it back; she was going to talk to the manager and advised us that the manager would come out to talk to us. Well he never did. I got my new steak 30mins later after everyone was done with their meal. I picked at the steak and found it was a little better and took it to go. Waitress told us the bad steak would be taken off the bill however she charged us for the reordered steak. Then when we were checking out the waitress said we had to use the khios but it would not take the gift card. Told her we were having problems, She told us to keep trying. At that point we were so frustrated we left and paid with our credit card thru Khios. Date of sevice March 24, 2018

Let me first start off by telling you I am not usually one to complain or take the time to write a letter to a business when I have a bad experience. My family and I spend every New Year’s Eve anticipating having dinner at your establishment finished with a fun night of games waiting for the New Year to arrive. I called the Montrose Ohio location (110 Montrose W Avenue Akron, Ohio 44321) on Saturday December 30, 2017 at 10:30am to request call ahead seating for 6 (Snyder) on December 31st at 6:30 pm. The gentleman who answered the phone told me to just go somewhere else because they have had call ahead seating requests for 2 weeks and we would have to wait 2 hours either way. After explaining to him that we go to Outback every year, he finally agreed to put us on the list. He made sure to tell me several times “I’m just being honest, you will have to wait a good 2 hours”. We arrived at Outback on December 31st at 6:25pm and was told upon arrival that the wait would be 1 hour and 45 minutes. There was a note on the front door that stated they would be closing at 7:30pm (this surprised us; this was never the case in previous years). We were actually seated in 30 minutes, which was because everyone that walked in was told the wait would be 2 hours so they left. Once we were seated our server (Mike Snyder) informed us that they were out of bread. This was very disappointing to me because I always look forward to the bread with honey butter. We ordered an appetizer (blooming onion). We watched as other tables that were seated after us received their appetizers, but did not make a big fuss about it. To our surprise, the waiter brought us some cold bread and told us someone went to the Macedonia location to get it. When we ordered our dinner 3 people at our table wanted sirloin steak, but we were told they were out of sirloins. They then asked for a 10 ounce ribeye, they were out of that too. They had to order 12 ounce ribeye’s because that is all they had. I ordered the Alice Springs Chicken, Coconut Shrimp with Fries. We finally received our blooming onion but had to ask for our salads (4 of them). When the salads finally came to our table, they did not have any tomatoes or croutons on them, it was just basically a bowl of lettuce with a few cucumbers, onion and cheese on top. My son asked for a sweet tea and was given an un-sweet tea, when we told our waiter his response was “the label must have been wrong, we do not have sweet tea” We did not make a big fuss out of this and just added sugar to it. Our dinner was finally delivered, I was told they were out of fries so they put a baked potato on my plate without asking me what I preferred for an alternate. Two Ribeye dinners were supposed to have loaded baked potatoes and were served with a potato that was not even sliced down the middle (I have pictures to prove this). The other Ribeye dinner was supposed to have loaded mashed potatoes and was served with an un-sliced potato as well. After having to wait 10 minutes to get someone’s attention, the waiter apologized and went to the kitchen to get the correct items. We also had to wait 10 minutes to get steak sauce, by this time 2 people in our party had finished eating. We ordered 2 pieces of carrot cake to go, which was delivered to us timely. Our bill arrived; 173 and some change. We paid cash for our order and made sure we left our waiter a decent tip. I wanted to make sure you were aware of the issues at this location; we have had some bad experiences in the past, but NEVER this bad. We have enjoyed our New Year’s Eve dinner at Outback for many years and cannot believe the horrible service we received. I will tell you our waiter was very apologetic and told us to come back another day as this is not how things usually are. We really wished we would have took the advice on Saturday when the person told us to go somewhere else. My family will begin a new tradition in 2018 and take our business elsewhere. I hope the above issues are addressed and I thank you for your time to read my concerns. Debra Snyder

She said order at table and left We ordered and server brought it to table but nosilverware or napkins Server was impatient and unfriendly He said bill was on table computer but made sure we New how to add tip We will not be returning Very poor service

I moved here a few months ago from Michigan to Bloomington Indiana I took my family out for a nice dinner so I thought the waitress was very disrespectful and rude to me and my one year old the food took over an hr to get an app the meal was completely not cook the way we ask I felt as if they felt I couldn’t afford our meal when I asked for the manger needless to say that was 150$ wasted

All food, steak (I asked for no seasoning as from experience i can't eat it) is TOO SALTY. Had filet and lobster tail. Even without seasoning steak salty. Butter for lobster, so salty. Lobster with only lemon, still too salty. It's inedible and unheathly. And computer is going to kill jobs as well as take up more room on table. Not going back...EVER. Even our server agreed about the computer device.

Advertised price not honored

Outback in Laguna Niguel California will not honor a currently advertised special of Steak and Lobster for 15.99.This special airs on television multiple times a day in the greater Orange, Los Angeles, San Diego area of which this restaurant is located. We visited this restaurant Saturday evening at 6:oopm to try and take advantage of this special.

The server informed us that their store does not honor all advertised specials. This is ridiculous and we feel if the restaurant does not want to honor advertised specials, then they need to put a sign at the front door making customers aware of this. We had to wait 45 mins for a table just to be told that they would not honor the 15.99 price.

Very aggravating and certainly ruined our evening. After waiting for our table we decided to stay and pay full price but I guarantee we will not be back...

The $15.99 Steak & Lobster EVERY WHERE is a FALSE advertisement. We have gone TWICE to get this and tried at 2 locations.

One said it wasn't available, and this last time I called a different location (in Highlands Ranch, Co.) and asked before we got there if they had it and was told yes.

Got there and when we went to order was told they had received the wrong media for the area and it was $18.99 Now the menu showed $15.99 So it was more of Bait & switch or false advertisement to me. For this price we expect small Lobster here any way, but this *** of 1 price on the menu and advertisements that lie is a bunch of bull!!

I am in Long island NY and Oubtack advertises steak and lobster starting at $15.99. When I got there they told me that certain regions are more in this case $2.00 more.

I felt it was a bait and switch technique and although they got me they lost me as a customer. I thought starting was if you went from the 6 ounces to 9 ounce steak that it could go up. Has nothing to do with size of steak but where you are located.

Today when they advertise they can advertise specifically to a region. Clearly this is a scam and I hope a class action suit is filed soon to stop this misleading practice.

WOW!!! I don't care for Outback.

If I want a good steak, I'll get it at Cattleman's or Logan's Roadhouse. But this sounds like the "bait and switch" con. I was under the impression that this is illegal.

Sounds like poor management to me. I choose to eat elsewhere and hope you do, too!

None of them do, it's false advertisement! Once you arrive at any of their locations, and you ask for the 'steak & lobster' special, they'll let you know that it's only in limited locations, and they have it for a hire price.

I'm yet to come across a location that actually offers that $15.99 special. I rather opt out for one of their competitors than to be stiffed, and lied to, just to get us threw the doors.

As it is Outbacks food quality has really diminished throughout the years. I hope you get your $15 back, or at the least an apology!

Disappointment

I went to Outback Steakhouse for my birthday. I wanted to order dessert and neither of the options came without nuts. I thought the cookie skillet would come without nuts but the waiter stated they come with tree nuts. I went tic the Steakhouse in Champaign, IL. I am very disappointed that the dessert had nuts and they couldn’t do anything for people who can not have nuts. Thank you.
