A variety of things. First the manager said we could purchase the online promotion to receive 10% of the price of an Outback gift card and use it today .
It took over 17 minutes to complete the forms and our gift card never showed up in my emails or spam in over an hour . But the bank site processed it . The salad had way too much dressing. It was send back came back again with too much dressing.
So unfortunately, I paid $100 expecting to pay $90 to use today which I was not able to.
AND THEN HAD TO PAY CASH .
Called 800 # and no one took the call but it asked for the 18 # gift card number I never received. Terrible experience with OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE TODAY .

I arrived at the restaurant (outback) around 9:30 pm Saturday night 09/24 and was failed to be greeted by any staff( it was pretty empty and not busy). So my party of 3adults and 1 infant stood there like a deer in headlights.
After 10mins we were seated. Then we waited another 25-30mins for a waiter which I myself had to get up to find someone to service order table. The waiter Anthony who was handling 4 tables came and took our complete order. At this point we have been there well over and hour & 1/2 and we still havent received any bread or drinks.
By this time I had already expressed my lack of concern to a manager and was offered money off my bill (which was an insult) because I came because I could afford it and wanted to service to be better. When the drinks came out the was watered and not like the frozen drinks should have been ( we did not send them back or complain). While waiting on our food (at this point I lost track of time) There were 2 waiters sitting 2 tables behind my party having a conversation about how they not going to clean any dishes or wait on anymore tables for the night. When our food finally arrived it was not Hot or warm the shrimps was cold the steak was well done and should have been med well.
So instead of being angry and loud we simply left Everything and told them to enjoy the rest of their night. This was beyond the worst service I could have ever experienced. Whats makes it worse is its located in 1 of Fort Lauderdale tourist areas. So I can only expect what people from out of town and other countries may experience.
They have to do better as time are hard and money is not easy to come by so when we as consumers come to keep you in business we expect quality services and hospitality.
I am Currently waiting on a call back from a member of upper management. I guess I can see how long this will take.

Wasn't treated correctly dining experience
Good Morning,
My experience was terrible at your company.
1.we ordered our drinks (didn't come for 25 minutes)
2. waiter finally came back to take our order (Food didn't come until 32 minutes)

Food was cold, we told the waiter this, He stated, the kitchen is responsible for
making sure our food come out on time, we asked him to take the food back, and let the kitchen know, our food was cold (Food came hot after 48 minutes )
4 we have a group of 5 (and our order came to 275.48)
5. I called the next day and spoke with Brandon On 08/27/2022 He did apologize
for the service, and promise to send me a $50.gift card.
6. I never received the gift card.
7. Not only that, but I called back on 09/08/2022 and spoke with a Janis or Janet, she also apologized for this, and stated Brandon didn't send out the gift card.

She then stated she will be sending out the gift card, as of today 09/14/2022
I have not received the gift card as yet.
9.the experience was terrible, the group I was in stated they will not come back here again.
10. I like Outback, this is the first experience I ever ran into with your Company.
11. Last but not least, Brandon stated, he would not be given us a $100.00 gift card
due as the waiter did his best, and we should have understood. I thought this was terrible for a Manager to say.
This was a business meeting, with three of them from California, from our Corporate office.
