Miss treated at outback at my curbside to go order

Was at Enfield Connecticut to outback curbside to go order the guy was very nasty with me all my sugar was dropping because I am diabetic we came outside my order his attitude was nasty on the phone he mumbled Nager underneath his breath and he didn't give me no utensils with my order I ask for utensils he said you have to ask for it very rudely I have to ask Food and I'm getting out to go order it doesn't make any sense at all

Complaint about manager

I placed an order online 9/12 with Uber eats and about 15-20minutes after placing the order, I was informed 15-20 minutes after placing the order that my order was cancelled because the restaurant was out of the steak and cheese dip. I asked to speak to the manager who refused to offer me a courtesy item but rather offered me the option to cancel this order or get something. Not good customer service!!!

Salad was wrong and then by the time the waiter got back with us we'd already eaten it and then my wife wanted some sauce for the shrimp he said he was going to go get it he never came back with it manager came by we told her and she said she would go get us some but we said there was no need for it cuz my wife only had one shrimp left and then the waiter said he was going to get us a salad to go he never bought that back and I always get the 16 oz prime rib but this was the smallest prime rib but I've ever gotten it looked more like a 10 oz than a 16 oz

Very terrible experience

Everything that could go wrong did go wrong my steak was terrible wasn't cooked right salad didn't have dressing poor service the silver area was very dirty 3 times how to keep asking for stuff

Horrible horrible food

The service was very slow we got our drinks after the appetizer salad after entrees. Which by the way I had to send back twice then didnt want it any more. Blooming onion was burnt on the out side raw and doughy on the inside. Realize that no one wants to work and this country is going to *** in a hand basket. But try to do better. We spent $100 and its not easy to come by. I would like a total refund. Lena Doumenis

Food not cook properly

We visited the commerce Ga location today and I had to send the blooming onion back due to chocking on it because the peel was still on it. Then when I got my 6oz sirloin steak I had to also send back due to not cook at medium well. Its was rare. They did recook it but once home it still was not cook properly the ends were cooked but not the middle.

Dine Rewards Problem

I was trying to add my last visit to my rewards program and it wouldnt except my visit. It took way too much effort to find a customer service number but once I was in touch with a customer service rep they were wonderful and they resolved the issue. They were which program should identify why the visit its not found. It was over 24 hours and I tried repeatedly to submit the visit. Customer Service # should be easily found.

Ordered the shrimp and filet medallions on rice special.... It did not look anything like the picture.... The shrimp were burned to almost crisp and we're strune all over the rice the meat was undercooked four pieces were raw inside and we're also spread out all over the rice.... Won't be back....

I ordered chicken fried chicken with my sim it was his birthday too, when the bought me the food was dry cold I asked the waiter to tell the manger about the problem 30 minutes later he came back after he heated the food which makes it real bad the look and of course I did it test it, we ask for the Manger for the 2nd time, no show, then l left my son at the table and left the restaurant

Small Lobster tail

I had the Filet and Lobster Tail at Outback Steakhouse in Frederick , Md. The food was prepared properly and very flavorful. However, the 3 ounce lobster tail left me wanting more. Their tails are the smallest of every restaurant I have had lobster tail at. The filet is small also, only 6 ounces. I would rather spend a few dollars more to have a better dining experience.If you are a hearty eater, Outbacks Filet and lobster tail
