First was seated at a table with a light above it. Bugs, nats, flying up around light, crawling on table, wall.

Asked to be moved. Waitress was not attentive, kept forgetting drinks, our bread. The dishes were dirty and grimey on outside. When server brought salad he had his thumb stuck down in my salad after earlier watching him running his fingers through his hair.

At this point asked for manager (Shannon). She was rude more or less called us liars , first time anyone has complained.

She did not bother to verify our concerns. She walked off . We waited over 1.5 hours for food on a weeknight and not that busy.

Our food arrived and the steak was cold, shrimp cold, butter would not even melt on potato. Asked for manager again, her response was that our food just came off the grill!!

It can't be cold, showed her how butter would not even melt. She rolled her eyes and just walked off. Did not offer a resolution, not concerned if we came back.

Just unreal, never seen anything like it.

Our bill was over 150.00. My family has been eating here for 15 years and have never had such an experience.
