I was taken to dinner at Outback in Canton, MI. June 12, 2018.

The service was fabulous as was the food I ordered. However, the three other ppl. at my table, all ordered asparagus. It was hard to cut - even with a steak knife and actually inedible except for the very top of the spear. It had not been properly prepped by the chef. Does he even know how ?Shrug

Eventually all three were brought broccoli.

I believe it would be best to remove asparagus from your list of sides until the chef has been trained on the way to cook this tasty vegetable. This can be obtained as simply as signing on to the internet.

I do not have the receipt as this was my birthday dinner. The reason I am writing is that I know two of the people at my table will tell of their bad experience and NEVER return to Outback plus advise others to do the same.

Personally, I will be back - I just won't order asparagus.Sad

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Preferred solution: train the chef.

I didn't like: Inedible asparagus.

lol ... I stand corrected. Their cooks need cooking lessons.

Outback doesn't have chefs, they have cooks.
