Outback at Griffin and I-75 Davie, FL. We did call ahead seating for 4:00 PM.

When we arrived we checked in restaurant was only about 25% full. We were told it would be a few minutes to get table ready. We waited 30 and when we went back to check for how much longer we were told our table has been ready for 10 minutes. 11 for dinner, 7 steaks ordered, 4 had to be sent back due to lack of request for desired temperature.

One was prime rib and when sent back it was put on grille; you don't put prime rib on a grille. Salad was ordered with no cucumbers; guess what, had cucumbers in the salad. We were not told about the $14.99 (4) course special. Had 1 to go order; that was not filled properly, sides ordered not included.

We get together once a month for dinner and have visited this site before with no issues.

What changed? Won't be back for a while, if.............................

I"m confused. What does ER Solutions (a collections agency) have to do with a disappointing visit to Outback Steakhouse???
