On March 24th I took my family to an outback in oceanside CA. We used the call ahead service.

When we arrived I went in alone to check in. I was told by the hostess it would be 5-10 mins tops. About 15 mins later I approached the hostess stand to inquire what was taking so long. I was told rudely they were haveing problems finding a table to seat our party of 7.

I saw two other large parties who walked right in after us who were seated right away. They were all white. I am white but married to a Mexican. I found us a table and told the hostess.

She came up to us and told me to go ahead and seat at that table and she would bring us menus. Well she did but threw them on the table. No utensils were provided to us. Our waiter finally came over.

We all placed our drinks. Appetizer and dinner at the same time. While our orders were being taken my daughter needed to use the restroom so my husband took her so I could finish ordering for us. While he was gone the owner of the store (I found this out later) was setting up another large table beside us.

Without a single word to me he took my daughterโ€™s chair which was right beside me. Her unicorn was seated right I front of the chair on the table. I reached back to brag her chair back and told him he took her chair. I turned back around to talk to my 16 son and 19 daughter who asked why did he take their sisters chair without even asking me.

I answered them as the manager started walking by our table. He stopped to listen to me talking to my kids and gave me the nastiest look ever but never said a word to me. Well the waiter didnโ€™t bring my oldest sonโ€™s drink he brought him water. My younger son ordered (I ordered it for him) a hamburger NO CHEESE he canโ€™t eat cheese.

They brought him a cheese cheeseburger. My 16 yr old and I ordered the same steak. Both medium rare. We received rare steaks.

I ended up in the restroom and to speak to a manager about all of this. When I returned my son had already eaten the steak because he was so hungry. He ended up sick in the bathroom all night. The only thing the manager did was take off 20% and our appetizer.

Our horrible racist experience we had deserved a complete bill take off. We will NEVER go to an Outback again after this. We have already shared this with family and friends and they ha e also agreed to not dine at an outback as well. I have NEVER experienced racism before Saturday night!

Someone needs to call me about this!

That owner does NOT need to be in business! I am also filing a BBB claim and if need be Iโ€™ll go to the ACLU.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I would go to Taco Bell or Waffle house. They play the same card game you do, pulling the race card when you don't get your way or if mistakes are made by others. If you go on groupon you could probably find some discounts there that are better than 20%
