I go to the Outback near 85032 in Phoenix. In the last couple of months the quality of service and what you receive vs costs have decreased drastically.
More than once I have tasted spices that I have specifically requested NOT to have. The response is it is from the grill. Does the Health Dept know you do NOT wipe grill between dishes? What if the residue of an allergen were to be transferred to the next customers food?
on one visit I waited 45 minutes for the appetizer and another 45 for the entre.....add on 30 more for the dessert!! That now do not apply diners award until AFTER discount such as AARP. They never did that before. Someone should inform corporate offices that Phoenix is a RETIREMENT area.
Those obstructive and annoying computers on the tables are NOT an asset.
The quantity of food/wine served has also decreased..... Evidently you are hard up for cash......and about to be more so, since I know of several customers who are looking elsewhere
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
