I tried finding an email address for the complaints dept ,but coukdnt find one, My husband and i visited your resteraunt in hilliard ohio, and had the worst experience that ive ever had,the waiter couldn't answer any of our questions, We placed our order, waited to get our salads after about 20 minutes of waiting we asked for our salads ,my husband made the comment that he hoped we wouldnt get our dinners the same time as our salads , Finally got them ,but before we could even start eating them ,he brought our dinners,husband told him we dont want the dinners right now cause they would be cold,once we were done,the manager brings us our dinners and acts like he made fresh new dinners, The dinners we received were cold on a hot plate,over cooked and dry, they were totally unedible, Its pretty bad when the manager lies to the customer,. Needless to say we were totally disappointed.

BTW: Why couldn't you eat your salad along with your steak? Where is it written that a salad has to be eaten separately?

Thank you for the email info,

Normally any restraunt you go to brings out your salad first,

We like to eat our salads first because they are chilled, the main course should come to you hot,

We expressed to our waiter that we did not want our salads to be served the meal,

Most good waiter/waitress brings your salad out first .
