The service was poor. Our food was cold and the manager offered to warm it.

We said we wanted a whole new meal which we received. I was very angry and let the manager know it. We did not even receive a discount. Our waitress spoke about us to another table and she apologized for my actions.

I do not need to have someone apologize for me nor have a waitress talk about my actions to someone else. I will never return there nor will I recommend it to anyone.

I hope it will be one of the restaurants that will close. I cannot believe that management allows this to happen.

Reason of review: problems with food temp.

Monetary Loss: $127.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

You seem like a real piece of...well, this site has language restrictions, so let's say "work." Why would you get a discount if you had a full nother meal cooked for your big self? I imagine you have these sort of "issues" everywhere you go.

Would hate for you to be an honest, respectable person and simply pay for the products you purchase! That would be silly!

Just whine and complain and annoy the entire staff and everyone around you. Sad.
