We visited the Tuscaloosa Outback last night.Of our five choices, the Salmon was overseasoned with pepper, and the bourbon sauce was salty and tasted like barbeque sauce.
The Hamburger was too salty to eat and the same with the sides. The prime rib was overcooked and tough. The chicken tenders were hard and overcooked. The cheesy fries had dry cheese on them.
Service was good, so we did complain to the server and another lady who worked there. They said that Outback was going back to the way they used to season the food years ago: More seasoning.
We told them it did not taste good at all and they comped us 50%, which we appreciated.I doubt we'll go back, except maybe for the desserts, which were excellent.
