The Outback website highlighted a Wednesday special for $9.99. The menu we were given did not include any mention of the special.

We asked the server and she (somewhat reluctantly) brought us the "Wednesday Walkabout" menu. We both ordered the steak special and it was small but quite tasty -- no complaint about the food itself! The people at the next table had a similar conversation with their server (asking for the special menu). When we left, I suggested to the hostess that she include the Wednesday menu when she seats people.

She said they don't do that, but IF YOU ASK the servers have those menus IN THE BACK. This just seems unfair to people who may hesitate to ask.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of outback steakhouse waiter. Outback Steakhouse needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.

So basically they are saying Corporate runs this special but the store doesn't want the customer knowing about them, because it generates less money. You should contact Corporate directly and let them know what this location is doing. It's unethical, in my opinion and bad for business in the long run.
