I purchased $200 in gift card last week with a bonus $10 e card plus a movie voucher for every $50 card, I wanted to try the e card prior to purchasing more, I was able to print all e cards , $200 + $10 Bonus + Movie voucher, I tried all three , worked great
I again purchase another $200 card, received that e card almost immediatly , but then got a message that it could be up to 6 hours prior to receiving the 4 bonus cards and 4 movie vouchers, next day I reeived another email stating they were undeliveable because of incorrect email address or confirmation # , both of which were correct and referenced by you in the email, ( SHOULD HAVE USED COMMEN SENSE) since you used both, I entered both on several occasions for the next several hours and next day as I am sure you can verify, I also filed a report or complaint thur the site ref # (423467)ticket ID #, did this twice, then after they sent me the bonus cards that would not download, I called , The nice lady then sent me the bonus cards that still left a message wrong e mail or # , after a good time she realized that they had the correct email address from me ,but they had imput it incorrectly, I was finially able to get the bonus cards, the movie vouchers had to be handled thru another dept which took another lenghty time, I have spent hours on this mistake plus undue frustration , I feel your company owes me for your mishandling this whole fiasco
