Outback Steakhouse - Terribly poor cook steaks.
Been frequenting this Southern Pines North Carolina Outback for over 12 years now. It used to be much better.
The last 2 times that we ate there been real bad. Our party ordered 2 bone in ribyes done medium, they brought us both steaks and one of them looked fabulous and the other one was about half the size without the bone. They took it back for a redo and when it finally arrived 20 minutes later it was well done. We came back 3 weeks later to give it another try for my son's birthday I ordered the bone in ribye again done medium.
When it arrive it looked charred on the outside. When I cut into the steak it was tata rare. After seeing that I couldn't eat steak. My son ordered prime rib for his birthday and ended up getting something that looked like a thin breakfast steak.
Waste of a perfectly good night and $100.00 each time.
Never again. Eating at one of the other steakhouse next time
Reason of review: Bad quality.

Hello steak eater,Unfortunately you were there for rare steak month, all chefs were required to cook rare steak by the district offices so any steak you ordered would be cooked rare by orders. That's why after it was redone it was rare again. Perhaps you could go when it is not national rare steak month.
Why would you even pay for it? You threw away money when all you had to do was complain to the manager. Stupid.
