We've eaten @ The Outback Steakhouse on East Park Place in

Stone Mt.many times.

As a matter of fact,my son,David, opened that store back in

the eighties.

My husband, son and I went into the bar area and sat in one of

the two available booths. We waited for someone to wipe down

the booth. The hostess came and wiped it clean. Then left.

The manager (as she was walking by our booth said. It'll be

a second. So, a waiter finally showed up and asked for our

drink order. Also asking if we want an appetizer.

I asked for a menu. That would help!

We eventually ordered. My husband and I had cheeseburgers.

Lousy one's. They were so dry and unappetizing and the french

fries were not fresh or hot. :(

My son ordered a salmon dinner with veggies and a side salad.

Ate his salad. Then someone brought his dinner without veggies.

The salmon was excellent. Ten minutes later he got his veggies!

The restaurant had no atmosphere or order. It was very chaotic &

not friendly.

We will not be back.

You've lost our patronage.

I'm afraid this location is doomed. Soon!!

I can fully relate to this diner's complaint and thoughts because they mirror my own about the Outback Restaurant here in Mandarin, FL

I've always wondered why people seem to go out of their way to sit at a dirty table,... as far as your food and service, sounds like they were having a bad night. It is better to frequent locally-owned places anyway.
